A great place to dine… food is delicious, authentic taste, and most of all very affordable.. no worry to bring your vehicles coz they have like 10 parking slots

Pat Pat's Kansi is famous for its steaming hot beef soup made with beef shank and bone marrow. This is located nearby the Jaro Cathedral with limited space for street parking.

The kansi is so good! We tried it after a tiring day and we are happy we went here for dinner. The only downside is the place is not air conditioned and the time we went here was a hot day.

After a quick visit to the Cathedral and a stroll in the park, I was looking for a place to eat, and this was one of the few open ones. I got here at around 4pm, so I pretty much had the place to myself, save for this one other diner.I opted for the pork barbecue and their kansi, which I believe is their specialty as their name implies. The barbecue was tender and savory, with just the right hint of sweetness to it. The kansi was also really good - it reminded me of the ones I had at Bacolod, the beef was also tender, and the broth was very well seasoned. The portions here are generous, and everything was reasonably priced. Service was good, and the place had a homey atmosphere to it. The only caveat is that the place isn’t airconditioned, or maybe the a/c just wasn’t turned on at that particular time.

The place was spacious and open. The food was on the spot. I ordered Kansi Lawas and Kansi Unod. Both were very delicious. They also offer to give free soup in addition to your bowl of order. Overall a great place to get your fix of beef soup.

After attending the anticipated mass at Jaro Cathedral last Saturday evening, we decided to head over to Pat-Pat’s Kansi for dinner. The restaurant is conveniently located near the cathedral, making it an ideal spot to grab a meal after mass, especially if you’re craving Kansi. We ordered a variety of dishes, including mixed cartilage, dinuguan, pork sisig, and atay. The broth from the mixed cartilage was incredibly rich and flavorful, and the dinuguan had just the right balance of tanginess and depth. Unfortunately, the popular Kansi Lawas was already sold out by the time we arrived. Definitely, we will go back for this! My kid enjoyed the Pastillas as he eats the pork sisig. One advantage of arriving a little earlier than their peak hours was the ease of parking. The parking area is located across the street from the restaurant, so we didn’t have any difficulty finding a spot. However, the dining area was a bit warm since it wasn’t air-conditioned, which made the evening a little uncomfortable. Despite this, the food quality made up for it, and we enjoyed the meal they served to us.

Kansi! Kansi!Make sure to come before 11am if you want the Kansi Lawas (bone marrow) as it depletes fast. They only serve limited of this dish per day.

Authentic food! It was kinda late when we arrived so there are items that are no longer available on the menu. Quick service, interior is a bit cramped as it seems like its a converted residential space. But overall, it was a place I would recommend for Kansi!
